As a fresh blog, what better place to start when covering the rich and storied world of print than by taking a few minutes to appreciate just how bloody far we’ve all come?

Johannes Gensfleisch zur Laden zum Gutenberg (Try fitting that on a business card) is the man to whom we owe so much. The father of movable type laid the foundations for the modern industry, not to mention gave us a whole host of common expressions derived from the printing process. (See how many you can spot). Thankfully he isn’t collecting royalties any more.
